Robert B Cagan

I am saddened to inform you of the passing to the Celestial Lodge above of my father-in-law and our Brother, RW Robert B. Cagan.

Bob passed away from complications arising from the massive stroke he suffered two months ago. He passed away Tuesday, April 1st 2008.

Bro. Bob was a Past Master of Mt. Masada-Galaxy Lodge No.902 and a Past Grand Director of Ceremonies of our Grand Lodge in the 2nd Westchester-Putnam District. He was always very proud to be a member of our Craft and was very active in the District, especially with the District Childrens' Association, which he served as President.

A Masonic funeral was held.

CAGAN, ROBERT B. - Robert B. Cagan, a longtime resident of Yonkers, NY, died Monday April 1, 2008. He was a World War II United States Army Combat Veteran in the Pacific Theater. He was the Past Grand Lodge Staff Officer of The Free and Accepted Masons of the State of New York, and was an avid gardener. He was the beloved husband of 58 years to Wilma; the loving father of Marsha, and her husband Jay Marksheid, Steven Cagan, and Arlene, and her husband Dr. Edward Murphy. He was the adoring grandfather of Sarah, Emily and Josiah. A funeral service will be held Friday, April 4, 2008, 11:45 am, at Westchester Reform Temple, 255 Mamaroneck Road, Scarsdale, NY.
